Taylor joined YAD in September 2017. Prior to becoming a staff attorney, she was a fellow in the YAD Somerville office, where she focused on representing undocumented children facing the threat of deportation based on their juvenile delinquency charges, with the goal of improving the agency’s representation of its noncitizen juvenile clients. She has worked as a staff attorney in YAD’s offices in both Worcester and Somerville and is currently on the steering committee of YAD’s Juvenile Defenders Dismantling Racism group.
Taylor is a graduate of Yale Law School, where she was a member of the school’s Criminal Justice Clinic, Immigration Legal Services clinic, and Global Health Justice Practicum. She graduated from Duke University in 2014.
