This training, presented by Jack Godleski, Ruth Greenberg and Mark Bluver, will cover practice fundamentals including guidance on all aspects of representation from the screening to release, as well as decision-making following a medical parole denial. It will include a rundown of where we are now and where we can go next, in consideration of medical parole litigation.
