Emily Cardy joined the Appeals Unit in 2011, after clerking for the Honorable Charles B. Day, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of Maryland, and the Honorable James McHugh, Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Emily is a graduate of Yale University and Boston University School of Law.
