First, The Bristol County Court Clinic Director will go over the new menu of services that the Court Clinic is offering in C&P cases, including consultations on guardianship removal, evaluations to assist with reunification, and court ordered consultations regarding action plan tasks and placement planning. The Bristol County judges may join to give a brief judicial perspective. Second, we will review recent case decisions impacting our practice.
