MHLD – Commitment Certification Bring Back

The Mental Health Litigation Division, Training Department, is delighted to announce our annual MHLD Civil Commitment Bring-Back event. This in-person event, which is primarily for attorneys who have received their Civil Commitment Certification in the last five years, will be on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 from 10:00am-12:00, at 75 Federal Street, 5th floor, in Boston. The Bring-Back will provide an opportunity for collaborative discussion about the challenges, triumphs, and experiences encountered in our commitment cases as well as substantive learning and concrete trial skills development. (2 MH CLEs).
Please use the Eventbrite registration below to secure your spot. With your registration, you will also be asked to choose two potential topics for small group exercises.
To give us time to reserve training space and prepare the topics that we’ll be discussing, the deadline to register for this event will be Friday, March 7 at 5:00pm.
