Your client is nervous. Their children are on the line. Their trial testimony will be required if they want to reunify with their children. Thorough preparation of your client could make or break their testimony and the case. This webinar will help participants build a solid foundation for their relationship with a parent client. Using the strength of that relationship, participants will then learn concrete steps for preparing a parent to testify at trial. We will address issues specific to parents of color, parents with disabilities, and parents facing potential 5th amendment complications.
