Probate Court: New Legislation on Interstate Guardianship and Conservator Proceedings

Chief Justice Angela M. Ordoñez has announced implementation of the Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act (UAGPPJA) in Massachusetts.
